We're the AdThread team at OraXLabs LLC, building an early commercial project for AI chat operators. We're recruiting 10 teams total for a closed beta exploring additional advertising revenue from relevant, clearly labeled sponsored placements. The design question we're trying to settle is what makes that trade worthwhile for an existing chat product. A placement would need the operator's explicit opt-in, appropriate non-sensitive context and agreed controls over categories, placement and frequency. If you build or operate a chat service, what would make you reject this immediately? Would an optional sponsored card after a relevant exchange be worth testing, or would you keep the experience subscription-only? Those are proposed approaches, not features we claim are live.
