Ok, so I work for a business that does, basically, tea parties with semi prix fixe menu (effectively, prix fixe but with variations for vegan, gluten free, et cetera). We currently use Cowlender for booking and it's perfectly fine except for one really frustrating thing - there's no way to export a printable list of the booking data that displays the customer's answers to our custom questions. Their CSV download is as close as we can get, but that's not customizable and puts every custom question into one single cell, so someone has to manually edit the CSV every single weekend so we can give our hosts something readable for the guest check in stand. The export being printable and including the custom questions is a hard need - the sites where we do these events sometimes have limited power and cell signal, and our hosts having a tablet or other device visible is disallowed immersion breaking for some of them also. The custom questions are important for seating arrangements, accessibility, and if any given seat needs one of the modified menus, so if that's not included in the printout there are issues. I am not interested in a custom built solution and won't be responding to DMs - that's not something my boss is willing to spend money on right now, and if she was I already know who I'd hire. We're currently on the Cowlender Basic plan, so keeping it somewhere in the range of that $30/month price point would be ideal.
