Tata Chemicals said the High Court of Kenya has ruled that it lacks jurisdiction over a dispute involving its subsidiary, Tata Chemicals Magadi Ltd (TCML), and cannot take further steps in the matter. TCML is examining the October 23 order and will decide on its next legal steps.
