Like what % of costumers come in already knowing what they want, because they’re clearly familiar with the system, vs people who have never ever been to a chipotle. Like in my mind (unless you’re in a Chipotle located at a big touristy city, in that case I assume you guys see tons more “I’ve never been here” cases), it must be a once every couple of months thing, but I’m so deeply curious to know what exactly is going on there.
