Hi everyone, it's that time of year to renew my RN license. I got a DUI 12 years ago (long before I became a nurse, I've been sober 10 years). When I became a nurse about 5 years ago I told them everything and had to submit a ton of documentation and letters and character witness letters, etc in order to get my license. I am renewing my license and it asks if I have ever been convicted of a misdemeanor. Then it asks if I have been convicted since my last renewal. When I click "yes" on the first question, it asks for copies of the police report, character letters, a detailed explanation, basically everything that was submitted 5 years ago!
