I’ve been struggling with Mermaid in Markdown for a while. I appreciate the technical finesse of its rendering, but the diagrams are often unreadable. So we wrote an alternative that is optimized for MCP and LLMs while still looking good to humans. Won't render on GH unfortunately, but easy to integrate. The LLM can position elements, and it stays Markdown-compatible.
