The deconstruction of an aged Studebaker factory in South Bend was performed meticulously to reclaim materials for future use. Through this resourceful effort, almost the entirety of the building materials was retrieved, leading to notable revenue generation for local redevelopment projects. The sale and repurposing of these materials significantly cut down on landfill contributions.
