National Stock Exchange of India is likely to price its long-awaited IPO at 1,700 to 1,785 rupees a share, below its earlier range of 2,000 to 2,100 rupees. The exchange may also reduce the stake on offer to 5.5%, valuing NSE at up to 4.42 trillion rupees.
