[ENA] Addis Ababa -- The Nile downstream countries, Egypt and Sudan, should have shared the cost of Ethiopia's large-scale watershed restoration and afforestation efforts because they have been directly benefiting from the improved watershed conditions, a senior transboundary water expert said.
