I actually saw a similar ad to this recently from a guy who didn’t have any kids. He wanted someone to live on his farm and work for free but the catch was that you were given the property when he died assuming you did your part and agreed to not sell it for profit. He didn’t want his hard work to go to waste and wanted someone young enough to help while he could still teach them.
