SHRC orders NHAI to ready underpass near Edappally in two months - The HinduPublished - September 12, 2026 01:25 am IST - KOCHIThe National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) must complete work on the pedestrian underpass between Marottichodu and Edappally Market (on NH 66) within two months, Kerala State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) Chairperson Alexander Thomas has ordered.He sought a report from the NHAI’s project director and the District Police Chief, among others, in this regard.
