Records will be broken this season, thrilling victories will be balanced by painful defeats — and several NFL coaches are almost guaranteed to be fired.It’s already been a surprising start to the 2026 campaign, with Sean McVay getting outcoached in Australia and Drake Maye putting Mike Vrabel in an 0-1 hole. Dave Canales (Carolina Panthers) and Jim Harbaugh (Los Angeles Chargers) are facing season-long tests that will likely only receive a positive answer with at least one playoff win.
