NSE CEO Ashish Chauhan said the exchange has not applied to Sebi to trade its own shares on the NSE platform ahead of its IPO. The issue will be entirely an offer for sale, with about 12.64 crore shares on offer and an expected size of Rs 22,500-23,500 crore.
