He is not expected to return until after the international break.While James Garner has a thigh problem, the defensive midfielder is expected to recover in time for the trip to North London.“I’m not 100 per cent but I’ll get there. I want to play, regardless,” he told Everton’s website.“[The injury] was something I didn’t know I had until I came back in for pre-season.
