Suggestions that it has any link to sensitive real world events are inaccurate and ludicrous.”Kirk was 31, a husband and father, killed while taking questions on a campus that spent the following year arguing over whether he should even have a memorial.TPUSA wrote in a statement on the anniversary of the founder’s death, “Charlie believed America was worth fighting for, that young people could change the course of a nation, and that speech would only remain free if exercised. Always leading by example, he was fearless in the pursuit of truth—no matter the cost. Turning Point will continue to grow and meet milestones that Charlie dreamed of.”Tyler Robinson, who has been charged with the assassination, is due in court in October.
