As of Sunday, over 48 lakh residents in flood-ravaged Bihar are still facing significant challenges. Fortunately, waters in most rivers are beginning to recede. In response, authorities are operating 1,251 community kitchens and 13 relief camps, ensuring food and shelter for 12,260 individuals. Around ten NDRF and 27 SDRF teams are on the ground, working tirelessly to aid in rescue operations.
