A 21-year-old man is at risk of dying while a 28-year-old woman suffered grievous injuries following a collision between two motorcycles in Żejtun.The accident happened at around midnight today in Triq Tal-Barrani.Preliminary investigations found that a KSR Moto TW 125, being ridden by a 21-year-old Nepalese man who lives in Gżira, collided with a Yamaha MTN690-A, being ridden by a 28-year-old woman from Żabbar.A medical team was called to the scene and both riders were taken by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.The man was later certified as having suffered serious injuries while the woman was certified as having suffered grievous injuries.Magistrate Monica Borg Galea was informed of the incident and appointed an inquiry.Police investigations are ongoing.•
