For several months, I have been building an integration platform as a service- think a 100% open-source (and free) alternative to ancient stacks like MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Workato, etc, but modern. I have a background in integration work for over 15 years, and I really feel the project is a solid product, so I wanted to share it with y'all to see what you think, and maybe you'll find it useful. The app is production-ready, at least good enough to host and run hobby projects (I'm iterating over it to add more enterprise-like features). Here is the docs page: https://juancavallotti.github.io/octo/ To run and host your automations, Octo supports a wide range of deployment options, from serverless environments to Kubernetes, and should work with most modern stacks. I only added purpose-built connectors when the integration seemed complex enough to justify one, rather than something a simple REST call could handle. Octo also supports adding AI capabilities to your automations. I would be stoked to get some feedback, and if y'all decide to use it for your projects, to know what you're using it for!
