Thunderstorm forecast in 28 Telangana districts on September 14 - The HinduPublished - September 13, 2026 06:37 pm IST - HYDERABADCommuters caught in the rain at Patny in Secunderabad on Sunday (September 13). | Photo Credit: RAMAKRISHNA GThe India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a thunderstorm forecast in 28 Telangana districts for Monday (September 14).According to the IMD’s latest bulletin, thunderstorms accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Jangaon, Siddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts.Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a generally cloudy sky. “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur in parts of the city.
