The Qatar Racing Pony Racing Championship takes place for the first time on Qatar Racing British Champions Day at Ascot on Saturday, October 17.The race, for ponies 148cm and under, forms part of the Dragon TV & Film Racecourse Series 2026, which is conducted by the Pony Racing Authority (PRA). The introduction of the championship race as the opening contest on Britain's richest raceday provides an exciting showcase for the next generation of racing talent.
