Vijay Mallya, declared a fugitive economic offender, has questioned the legal action against him over dues linked to Kingfisher Airlines. In posts on X, the businessman alleged that an Enforcement Directorate affidavit showed Rs 14,131.60 crore had been recovered and handed over to banks in 2021. He also questioned why he continues to be described as a fraudster.
