The Target Is the Next Untouched Pool: BTC, 65,474 to 82,850Bitcoin / TetherUSBINANCE:BTCUSDTChartZenFXTwo earlier posts covered what a sweep is and why the candle body decides. Both stopped at the same question: after the sweep, where does price go? The map's answer: to the next pool that has not been traded into, in the direction of travel. When that pool is far, nothing in between can stop price, and the move stops looking like a hunt for liquidity and starts looking like expansion. Bitcoin, daily chart, August 2026. THE SETUP May 6: daily high 82,850. Price turned down from it. Every high that formed lower was consumed sooner or later; 82,850 never was. Aug 18: close 64,725. Nearest untouched pool above price, 65,474.46 (the red line). Above it, 66,956; then 82,850. THE MOVE Aug 19: open 64,725, high 70,000, close 69,335 (+7.1%). One candle consumes 65,474 and 66,956; the red line steps to 82,850 the same day. Aug 20: close 73,025 (+5.3%). Aug 21: high 79,500, close 78,338 (+7.3%). Three days, +21%; after the first candle, not one line to step over. That is what "no pool nearby" looks like on a chart: no reason to stop. Then almost two weeks under the target. Sep 3: high 82,300, close 81,270 — 550 short of 82,850 — and price turned. On the 4h chart the same high was a confirmed sweep of a 4h pool at 82,048. On the daily, the big one was never reached and is still there. WHAT THIS TEACHES 1. The target is the next untouched pool in the direction of the move, not a round number and not a measured move. 2. Empty space is information. When the map shows nothing between price and the next pool, expect speed, not a level-by-level climb. NOW Nearest untouched pool above: 82,300, the Sep 3 high, confirmed as a swing on the Sep 8 close. Behind it: 82,850, untouched since May 6. Below: 76,264. Which one price trades into first is not written here. Levels are plotted by Liquidity Zones , a public script — name in the chart legend.
