Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has acquired over 3.9 acres of land in Lonavala for a combined ₹70 crore through three registered transactions. The parcels, spanning 15,601.78 sq m, include an existing built-up structure. Tendulkar paid about ₹4.20 crore in stamp duty, according to registration documents accessed through Zapkey.
