The damage occurred during severe weather, but Kennedy Center officials argue that the failure reflects deeper and long-standing problems inside the aging building.The incident appears to reinforce Trump’s warnings that the complex is in serious need of repair, even as opponents continue fighting his renovation plans in federal court.As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Trump said a full closure would allow the work to be completed more quickly and to a higher standard.
