Anil Kumar and secretary N. Jyothish submitted a representation at the Collectorate on Monday, stating that the hall, located on government land in Survey No. 64 (part), was originally built with government funds 50 years ago and was later replaced with a permanent structure.They alleged that V. Narasimulu and his son Ravi Kumar a local YSRCP leader were claiming the property on the basis of a purported 1959 patta and threatening villagers.
