Accenture Solutions has leased office space in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company secured 2.72 lakh sq ft at House of Hiranandani's commercial project. This significant deal involves a monthly rental of Rs 1.9 crore for ten years. Real estate consultant JLL India facilitated this major leasing agreement. House of Hiranandani will receive substantial payments over the lease tenure.
