Aero Precision, Ballistic Advantage, Stag Arms, and VG6 are now under new ownership, ending a period described as marked by financial and operational difficulty that affected manufacturing, order fulfillment, and customer service. The four brands are now owned by a family investment group, described as outdoor and firearms enthusiasts, business owners, and supporters of the military, veteran, and Second Amendment communities. The statement did not name the buyer, the purchase price, or the acquiring entity. In an earlier update posted roughly two months before the September announcement, Aero Precision stated that Aero Precision, Ballistic Advantage, Stag Arms, and VG6 were operating through the receivership process while the ownership transition was underway. That update said the core team remained in place and that manufacturing, shipping, customer service, and partner support stayed active, though Aero and Stag products moved through production and fulfillment at a slower pace as the company worked through existing constraints and rebuilt inventory. The company thanked customers, dealers, vendors, and partners for their patience during that period. Aero Precision's statement says the new ownership group worked with W.G. Nielsen & Co., a Denver-based investment banking firm, as financial advisor on the deal. Priorities include returning manufacturing to full strength, restoring vendor and dealer relationships, fulfilling its order backlog, and rebuilding consistent product availability across sales channels.
