Rakesh Mehta death reason: Former Delhi chief secretary Rakesh Mehta, 74, was found dead at his Noida home on Sunday. Police recovered a note in which he cited the reason for his death. Mehta served as Delhi's chief secretary from 2007 to 2010 under Sheila Dikshit, overseeing preparations for the 2010 Commonwealth Games, and had earlier headed the Delhi Transport Corporation.
