I wish I had a friend good enough to look after EIGHT dogs for 2 years for me. That is some friend! And yeah, how is she “stepping up” exactly when she has never had the dogs in her possession, just a grand plan that involves eventually having them once strangers have bought her, sorry, the dogs, a house.
