The Armed Forces of Malta’s Maritime Squadron has commemorated the 42nd anniversary of the P23 tragedy, remembering the seven AFM and Malta Police Force personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty.The seven personnel were killed aboard P23, then known as C23, on 7th September 1984.
