OP was stating that there seemed to be a lot of people hard on their luck starting low end painting services because of the low barrier to entry. You replied that was a ridiculous idea. Of course there are all sorts of issues with somebody starting a low-budget, unlicensed, unbounded painting business this way. But it seems that some people may see this as a viable option and some people are able to make a quick buck doing this temporarily. I don’t think selling drugs on the street corner is a good idea either, but there are people out there doing it and getting some sort of benefit out of it.
