The past few seasons, the Dallas Cowboys haven't been playing like "America's Team." In the feature, he says that the Cowboys' defense doesn't even have to be great to get this team to the playoffs. It just has to be "adequate." That's a pretty low bar.He sees them getting to the playoffs in the NFC wild-card round."The Cowboys have lost star guard Tyler Smith to a thumb injury for the first month, but they're returning all 11 starters from what was one of the league's best offenses in 2025," he says. "If the defense can just be adequate, the Cowboys should be able to make it back to the postseason."It's true that this offense is on fire.
