Architect Thomas Tanti has been appointed as the new CEO of Housing Project Solutions, taking over the leadership of the public entity from outgoing chief executive Marisa Marmara.Tanti brings extensive experience spanning engineering, architecture, construction and project management, having spent years working on the development and implementation of housing and infrastructure projects in the private sector.Throughout his career, he has occupied a number of technical and project management roles, including overseeing works on construction sites and ensuring projects were delivered according to the required specifications and standards.He has also been responsible for planning and delivering various projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, project managers and quantity surveyors.His portfolio includes residential developments, road projects, housing projects and restoration works.Tanti is a qualified architect and holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Malta, as well as a B.Sc. (Hons) in the Built Environment.Housing and Lands Minister Owen Bonnici welcomed Tanti to his new position and wished him well in the role.Bonnici also thanked outgoing CEO Marisa Marmara for her work and dedication during her time at the helm of Housing Project Solutions, acknowledging her contribution towards the entity’s work and development.Tanti will now take over the leadership of the public entity as its new chief executive.•
