Hey r/Namibia! You might have seen Knightcap around here before. We've been hosting social evenings where chess meets drinks, music and good company in Windhoek. We've now done a couple of events, and IT. IS. GROWING. The only problem is that there are still only two of us trying to make everything happen. So we're looking for someone to join the Knightcap Crew. We're looking for (preferably) a student in Windhoek with a flexible schedule who'd like to help us with things like: Calls & follow-ups Admin and organisation The occasional errand Helping us set up and get things running on event days You don't need event experience. Admin experience is definitely a plus, but honestly, we're more interested in someone who's reliable, proactive, willing to learn, and genuinely excited about what we're building. And to be completely upfront: this is currently an unpaid role. We're still getting Knightcap off the ground. But we're not really looking for someone to just come do free admin for us. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape this thing, meet good people, and become part of the crew. Knightcap started with two friends and an idea.
