Kentucky residents may now purchase a specialty Breeders' Cup license plate through their local County Clerk's Office, Breeders' Cup Charities announced Friday.Kentucky residents must bring their current vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and current license plate to receive a Breeders' Cup license plate. The specialty plate costs $44, with personalized plates available for an additional annual fee of $25. For each Breeders' Cup license plate purchased, $10 will go directly to Breeders' Cup Charities.
