Cole Palmer was “very influential” in Chelsea’s move to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa in the summer transfer window. The Blues signed Rogers on a seven-year contract for a £117 million transfer fee, beating London rivals Arsenal to the attacking midfielder. The 24-year-old has made an instant impact at Stamford Bridge, registering two goals and four assists in his first five appearances for the club.
