Vama Wovenfab is set to launch its initial public offering on September 15, offering shares priced between Rs 324 and Rs 341. The company aims to raise Rs 49.5 crore, which will support various operational needs including working capital, machinery acquisitions, and the construction of a new shed. The equity shares will also be listed on the BSE SME platform.
