The Democratic Reform Current of Fatah, headed by Mohammed Dahlan, attacked Likud following the party's accusations that Dahlan was behind a report in Haaretz claiming that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ignored a warning received from the United Arab Emirates before October 7.“We are following the incitement campaign being led by Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud party against leader Mohammed Dahlan, in a blatant attempt to drag his name into Israel's election campaign and evade the difficult questions Netanyahu is facing inside Israel regarding his political responsibility for the failures of October 7."It added: “The allegations raised by Likud against Mohammed Dahlan, and the claims that he is interfering in Israel's elections, are nothing more than absurd and misleading allegations. They expose the extent of the confusion and disorder within the Netanyahu camp - a camp that has become isolated on the international stage and tainted by the disgrace of genocide against our Palestinian people."
