​ Hey everyone! 👋😊 I’ve supported small US, UK and AU businesses remotely on the following tasks: • Recording and categorizing deposits, receipts, bills, invoices, credit card payments and transfers • Recording payments and sending reminders to customers for overdue invoices • Attaching receipts and organizing them in cloud storage • Manually importing bank statements from Excel to QBO/Xero • Chart of accounts setup and review • Class/Project/Location tracking • Managing bank feeds in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, PHP, CAD) • Setting up clearing accounts • Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards (including PayPal, Wise, Square and Stripe) • Reconciling Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable • Coordinating with CPA through email about questions regarding the books • Managing contractor payments through Wise • Recording payroll journal entries (Gusto/ADP) • Generating financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement) • Cleanup and catch-up work to keep books accurate and up to date. • Other admin tasks such as research, data entry on spreadsheets, organizing files and emails.
