An AI company is hiring contractors with real-world finance or strategy experience to create and evaluate finance tasks used to train models. You’ll complete the type of work you know—financial analysis/modeling, investment or strategic judgment—then review an AI-produced answer to the same task and explain what it got wrong. This is not a technical or machine-learning role. You need strong professional judgment and clear written explanations. Relevant backgrounds: • Investment banking or private equity • Management consulting • FP&A, capital markets, asset management, or corporate strategy Schedule: • Remote and asynchronous • No standing calls • Minimum 20 hours/week; up to 60 • Weekends are fine Pay and structure: • $150/hour for qualified IB/PE backgrounds • $100/hour for consulting backgrounds • Strong performers may move to $225–$250/hour • $3,000 bonus after completing the two-week onboarding • Independent contractor, not W-2 Eligibility: US-based and able to receive payroll through a US bank account.
