BTCUSDT — Weak Bounce, Bigger Drop?Bitcoin / TetherUSBINANCE:BTCUSDTParadise_NoirHello traders, I see BTCUSDT entering a phase where the technical structure is increasingly shifting in favor of sellers, while the broader market backdrop remains unsupportive of a sustainable bullish move. From a fundamental perspective, the Fed’s cautious stance on inflation continues to put pressure on risk assets. At the same time, leverage across the crypto market remains elevated. When high leverage is combined with fading bullish momentum, Bitcoin becomes more vulnerable to profit-taking and potential long liquidations if selling pressure builds. On the H1 chart, BTC’s recent recovery structure is now starting to weaken. Price has broken below the rising trendline that supported much of the previous advance and has yet to reclaim the lost structure. The market is also trading beneath the Ichimoku Cloud, which is acting as dynamic resistance. Recent rebounds have remained relatively shallow, suggesting that buyers have not yet regained control of the market. My preferred scenario is for BTC to stage a short-term recovery toward the nearby resistance area before selling pressure potentially returns. As long as price remains below the broken structure and Ichimoku resistance, the short-term outlook continues to favor the SELL side. A deeper breakdown would further strengthen the bearish case, while a decisive reclaim of the lost structure would weaken it. 👉 In summary, the combination of a trendline breakdown, Ichimoku resistance, elevated leverage, and a less supportive macro backdrop currently gives sellers the short-term advantage. For now, I continue to favor selling the rallies rather than chasing short-term rebounds.
