Even though I recently transferred to a new store as of last week, it's been an interesting experience (so far) Since they're a Restaurateur (CTM) store, they always follow everything to standard (no matter what) which is a good thing, but at the same time, I've noticed a few things that make this store a "little different" from others: - They tend to prep differently from other stores (since they focus more on making sure things stay at 41 and under) by only filling certain deep pans halfway - Since grill starts anywhere between 8 - 830, they only lay single chickens (no doubles) - They have some extra KL's and SL's, when compared to other stores (including me, since I'm re-training as an SL) Overall, I feel like this store will be a good influence on me, since my work history has been inconsistent at times, even though I'll have to get used to a more "professional environment" since my former store was good, but it wasn't always professional at times, depending on the MOD for the day submitted by /u/sta3535 [link] [comments]
