I'm sort of new on cosplays, and I really want to make a sword. I'm not sure about how I can make the blade, as sanding EVA foam takes forever, and sanding machines simply try to swallow my foam every time I try using them. I tried making two parts at an angle and gluing them together, but I simply can't make such a sharp angle.
