Most of these managers receive a six-to-12-month termination. I would think De Zerbi is on 12 months at least.“So £10m [to sack him] plus £10m to bring somebody new in. I don’t think we’re anywhere near the point where Spurs are going to think about doing that.“Realistically, they’ve backed him quite aggressively. I just don’t think they’re in that frame of mind. I think they’re in the frame of mind that they’ll back him and back him and back him. I don’t think they’d even consider doing something until the summer.
