Hey everyone. I work nuclear outages. In a good year I make around $120k, and my schedule has worked out to about five months working and seven months off. The work can mean long days and travel, but having that time between jobs gave me a chance to build something of my own. I built Nuke Nomad for nuclear contractors. It has tools to keep credentials and work records organized, games, a course for people who are brand new to nuclear, and a community for the workers themselves. Here’s where I could use some advice. I already have a large contractor community on Skool. I want everyone together on Nuke Nomad, but even after telling people about the new platform, the move has been slow. Eventually I want to close the Skool group, and I don’t want to lose the people who make the community worth having. If you’ve moved a community from one platform to another, what actually got people to make the switch?
