Dabur India has obtained approval from the National Company Law Tribunal for merging with Sesa Care. This merger aims to strengthen Dabur's existing hair care portfolio and explore new growth opportunities. Previously, Dabur acquired a majority stake in Sesa Care, and the board approved the merger scheme.
