I've been building a browser based dispatch simulator and I'm looking to get some help to bring it beyond my current skillset. What the game is A police/fire/EMS dispatch management sim. you run a city's emergency services across shifts, handling incoming calls, deciding how to staff them, and managing a budget and reputation over time. There's a live animated map, a config driven system for adding new content without touching code, and a growing set of interlocking mechanics. Happy to go into more detail with anyone who reaches out. Looking for help with: Backend (Python/Flask) new gameplay systems, game logic, extending the config system Frontend (JS, HTML/CSS) UI polish, new panels/modals, map interactions (Leaflet) Game design & balance tuning economy/difficulty, shaping new features (Nice to have) playtesting and feedback Scope: This is an evolving hobby project. I'm not super well of in terms of money but I'll absolutely pay you for your time. I'd rather structure this as a handful of clearly defined tasks or features than an open ended commitment, at least to start. Pay: Small budget available for now (I'll always agree on a rate/flat fee with you before any work starts), plus full credit in the game. If this grows into something bigger, contributors who helped early get first consideration for paid ongoing work.
