We’re looking for individual AI Evaluators to help review, assess, and improve AI-generated content. Previous experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, AI training, RLHF, response rating, or similar work is required. Pay: $15–$30/hour, depending on experience and performance Location: Remote — candidates may be based anywhere Schedule: Candidates should be available to work during U.S. working hours Commitment: Full-time availability is preferred, but candidates with substantial part-time availability will also be considered Engagement: Paid individual contract work — no agencies or B2B companies What you'll do Review and compare AI-generated responses Evaluate accuracy, relevance, reasoning, clarity, and overall quality Identify mistakes, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and weak outputs Follow project-specific evaluation guidelines Write clear, concise feedback explaining your assessments Complete evaluation tasks independently and consistently Requirements Previous data annotation, AI evaluation, AI training, RLHF, or similar experience Basic technical or IT background Familiarity with AI tools and concepts Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar Strong written English Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to understand and follow detailed evaluation guidelines Reliable internet connection Ability to work during U.S. business hours Preference for candidates seeking full-time or high-hour part-time work Experience evaluating LLM responses, ranking outputs, fact-checking, preference labeling, prompt-response quality, or reasoning quality is especially relevant.
