I built two iOS apps for organizing home records and paperwork

Wait 5 sec.

I’m the developer of VaultKeep and Document Scanner: OCR, PDF. They tackle two different parts of getting everyday records organized, and I’d appreciate feedback on which workflows are most useful. VaultKeep: Home Care & Assets helps you catalog belongings, keep purchase receipts and warranty information together, track maintenance, and export a PDF inventory. A simple starting point is documenting one appliance: its receipt, serial number, and warranty details. VaultKeep on the App Store Document Scanner: OCR, PDF lets you scan multi-page documents, extract editable text with OCR, add signatures, and export files such as PDFs. It also includes folders and search for organizing documents. Document Scanner on the App Store Both are free to download and offer Pro subscriptions. For home records, what is your biggest frustration: finding receipts, keeping up with warranties, or organizing scanned paperwork? If you try either app, I’d welcome specific feedback about anything confusing in the first few minutes. submitted by /u/Sea-Butterscotch8856 [link] [comments]
