I have taught there for about 9 months. My honest experience- Teaching Experience- they provide old content in the name of STEM , IIMs. dont provide proper training before they put you inform of kids to teach. they only train for demos. no professional trainers, just hungry-money making groups. all are trained to act in demos.. sales people make false promises Payment - they pay 3.39$ or 3.55$ per session- with no respect to teachers and their time PENALTIES - they penalize for each min/sec you are late can go up to 6.78$ to 13.57$ or more..( they can take away 4 classes of your hard work like nothing happened) Leads- All hypocrite, all liars, difficult to work with, they JUST DONT CARE about teachers/kids/ teachers hard work, no transparency they make things up, no consistency , you raise issues to a lead-> you wait for reply ( 1 day 2, day, 3 day and so on) -> when you contact for no revert -> they say they forgot and will reply to your problem to just shush you up and you have to go from scratch to raise concerns and there is no justice to anything nothing. months will go on leads with just delay solutions and every month you have to explain same problem but even after 6 months you will not find its solution Internal Politics - old teachers get students from platform to teach personally and earn upto 20000Rs per month from each kid(way better than them and platform people's behavior justify this) , sales guy make false promises and try to alot kids to their friend teachers, team leads lie , fake, show fake concern , are overloaded with work, heads - they agree to you in front of you and criticize to what you do and vice versa Infront of others. kids experience- pressurize to learn so much in single class, lose so many class credits, make monetary lose of parents and teachers and they dont provide proper certified teachers.. i mean its you luck if you get old good teachers and if you get new ones then its your luck.. no on there to solve concern properly #scam #brightchamps #worstexperience   submitted by   /u/AyushiB9 [link]   [comments]
